- Business details - business name, address, phone number, and category (entered when you run a listing audit)
- Account details - email address (when you purchase protection or sign up for alerts)
- Payment details - processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics data - pages visited, scroll depth, button clicks, referral source, device type, and session duration. Collected via Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID: G-PSPDT8Z1VN) and our server-side analytics.
- Technical data - IP address, browser type, operating system, and screen resolution
- Cookies - see Section 7 below
3. How we use your information
- Perform business listing audits across all major online directories
- Monitor your listings for changes and send you alerts
- Process payments and manage your subscription
- Send transactional emails (audit results, alerts, receipts)
- Analyse website usage to improve our service
- Inform you about other FrontDoorAI products (you can opt out at any time)
4. Data sharing and third parties
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with these service providers, each of which processes data under their own privacy policy:

- Audit data - retained for 12 months after your last audit, then deleted
- Customer data - retained for the duration of your subscription plus 12 months
- Analytics data - Google Analytics retains data for 14 months (Google default). Server-side analytics are retained for 24 months.

We protect your data using HTTPS encryption, secure database hosting (PostgreSQL on Railway), environment-variable secrets management, and Stripe PCI-DSS compliant payment processing. Access to personal data is limited to authorised personnel only.
