Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using ListingLock (the "Service"), operated by FrontDoorAI ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service description

ListingLock provides business listing audit, monitoring, and protection services across 28+ online directory platforms. The Service includes:

• Free audit - a one-time scan of your business listings across major directories
• Monitor plan ($149 AUD/year) - ongoing monitoring, weekly alerts, and listing error detection
• Auto-Sync Pro plan (coming soon) - automated correction and synchronisation of listing errors

3. Account and eligibility

You must provide a valid email address to purchase a subscription. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

4. Billing and subscriptions

• Subscriptions are billed annually via Stripe in Australian Dollars (AUD).
• Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You can cancel anytime through the Stripe customer portal or by emailing us.
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

5. Refund policy

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if no audit corrections have been initiated on your behalf. After 14 days, or once correction work has begun, subscriptions are non-refundable. To request a refund, email admin@frontdoorai.com.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to submit fraudulent business information
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service
• Resell or redistribute audit data without our written permission
• Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal use

7. Intellectual property

All content, branding, code, and proprietary scoring algorithms (including the ListingLock Score™) are the intellectual property of FrontDoorAI. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent. Your business data remains yours.

8. Limitation of liability

While we monitor all major directory platforms, we cannot guarantee correction of all listing errors, as some platforms have independent editorial processes. We will notify you of any issues we identify and take reasonable steps to resolve them.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your monitoring will cease at the end of your current billing period.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria. Before commencing legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a minimum of 30 days.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
